1. Service-Based Work

Due to the custom nature of our digital foundations and AI automation services, all sales are final. Once a project has commenced, fees are non-refundable as they cover dedicated labor and resource allocation.

2. Strategy Audits

Free Strategy Audits carry no financial obligation. For any paid consulting sessions, cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
