All original content, features, and functionality of Ultor Systems are owned by us. Upon full payment, ownership of specific website builds or custom assets will be transferred to the client.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ultor Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
